Recommended Dosage
Recommended adult dose: 1–2 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For mood balance: 2 softgels 1 time daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For rheumatoid arthritis: 3 softgels 1 time daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
